Fashion Designer HQ is a business management platform for fashion designers and fashion businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Account information: your name, business name, email address, phone number and password.

Business information you enter: client records, measurements, orders, production notes, pricing, invoices, contracts and any files you upload.

Payment information: when you purchase an annual plan, payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and plan details, but we do not store your full card details.

Technical information: device type, browser, approximate location and usage activity, used to keep the platform secure and working properly.

To create and manage your account and give you access to your plan.

To store and display the business data you enter, such as clients, orders and invoices.

To provide customer support by email and WhatsApp.

To improve the platform, fix problems and prevent fraud or abuse.

To send important service messages about your account, plan renewal or platform changes. Marketing emails are only sent if you choose to receive them.

The client records and measurements you store belong to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your client list with third parties.

You are responsible for having permission to store your clients' details, and for using them lawfully.

We only share information with trusted service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, database, email and payment providers. They may only process data on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the security of the platform.

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections, access controls and secure hosting to protect your information. No online service can be completely secure, so please keep your password private and use a strong, unique one.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If your annual plan expires, your data is retained for a reasonable period so you can renew without losing your records. You may ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate details, export of your records, or deletion of your account. Send requests to hello@fashiondesignerhq.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Fashion Designer HQ is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. Fashion students under 18 should use the platform with the consent of a parent, guardian or school.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform grows. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email or inside the platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
