Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Fashion Designer HQ, a business management platform for fashion designers and fashion businesses. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

One account is for one business unless you are on an Enterprise or Custom plan that includes team members.

Fashion Designer HQ is offered on annual plans only. There is no monthly billing.

Free — ₦0 / $0. Studio — ₦100,000 / $100 per year. Enterprise — ₦200,000 / $200 per year. Custom — from ₦500,000 / $500 per year.

Payment for a paid plan gives you 12 months of access to the features included in that plan from the date of activation.

Custom plans are scoped and quoted individually and may be governed by an additional written agreement.

Annual plan fees are paid upfront and are not charged automatically month to month. When your 12 months end, you may renew to keep full access.

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira with a US Dollar equivalent. We may update prices for future periods, but a change will never affect a period you have already paid for.

Because access is granted immediately for a full 12-month period, annual fees are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us at hello@fashiondesignerhq.com and we will review your situation fairly.

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes not attempting to access other users' data, not uploading unlawful or harmful content, not reselling or copying the platform, and not using it to send spam or infringe anyone's rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put other users at risk.

You keep ownership of the client records, designs, files and business data you add. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content only so we can operate the service for you.

You confirm that you have the right to store and use any client information or files you upload.

The platform, its design, templates, calculators, name and branding remain the property of Fashion Designer HQ. Templates and documents generated inside the platform may be used for your own business, but not resold as standalone products.

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and occasional downtime may occur.

Fashion Designer HQ provides tools, templates and AI-assisted suggestions to help you run your business. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own business decisions, pricing and contracts.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost clients or indirect losses.

You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously breach these terms or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and let you export your data.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in the platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
